RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At CloverLune, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, we are here to help resolve any concerns you may have with your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We take great care in designing and packaging our stationery products. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
3. A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Please note that minor variations in color or small printing imperfections do not qualify as defects.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. You can also file a claim with the shipping carrier.
